![]() We travel and gamble and spend LOTS of money. We later were told we had 1 additional room - AGAIN - comped. Those 3 individuals cancelled their rooms at Postmark and received reservation information for Harrah's. After providing everyone's information, we were then told HE could only give 3 rooms. We were contacted in February '23 by a rep with Caesars and advised he could give us 10 complimentary rooms. ![]() We originally booked rooms at the Postmark Hotel. Our friends and family planned a trip for an entire year to Lake Tahoe. Imagine being promised COMPLIMENTARY ROOM (S) and leaving with an $894 hotel bill per room. If any of my clients had told me this story, I would have really questioned if they were fibbing. I have worked under airlines, hotels, cruise ships, private charters. Where I work, I cannot shrug my shoulders and walk away with no conclusions. I have been in the travel industry for over 25yrs and I have NEVER seen this type of customer service, management and treatment of guests.
